By using the Service or by accessing our Application Portal, You agree to the processing of Your Personal Data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

The words in which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined hereunder. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

- "Colleges"shall mean the 18 United World Colleges, who shall have access to the information shared by it.

- "Device" means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a mobile phone or a digital tablet.
- "Personal Data" is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.
- "Service" refers Application Form required to be submitted by individuals on the Application Portal.
- "Service Provider" means any natural or legal person who processes the data on behalf of the UWC Committee (India). It refers to third-party companies or individuals employed by the UWC Committee (India) to facilitate the Service, to provide the Service on behalf of the UWC Committee (India), to perform Services related to the Service or to assist UWC Committee (India) in analyzing how the Service is used.
- "Usage Data" refers to the data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a page visit).
- "Website"refers to the Application Portal.
- "You" or "Your" means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the UWC Committee (India), or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable

We collect Your Personal Data as specified below from You directly when You provide Us with it while usingduring the Service.
You are under no obligation to provide the Personal Data that We ask You for. However, if You do not provide Your Personal Data, You will not be able to make use of all the functions of this Application Portal or use the Service.

- With Colleges: The purpose of providing the Service on this platform is to ensure admission of the nominated users in one of the Colleges affiliated with us. In pursuance of the same, we shall share all the Personal Data given by You to us by using our Application Portal and Service.
- With Service Providers: We may share Your Personal Data with Service Providers to monitor and analyze the use of our Service.
- For business transfers: We may share or transfer Your Personal Data in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of UWC India assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another UWC entity.
- With Affiliates: We may share Your information with our affiliates, in which case we will require those affiliates to honour this Privacy Policy. Affiliates include UWC Committee (India) and any other subsidiaries, joint venture partners or other companies that we control or that are under common control with us.
