Refund policy

All fees paid to THE UNITED WORLD COLLEGES COMMITTEE (INDIA) for the purpose of making and submitting admission application are final and non-refundable. You recognize and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund or transfer for any fees paid under any circumstances.

Limitation of liability

You agree to absolve UWC Committee (India) of any and all liability or loss that you or any person or entity associated with you may suffer or incur as a result of use of the information contained on https://applications.uwcindia.org or any of its subdomains (collectively known as the Application Portal), and/or the resources you may download from the Application Portal. You agree that the We shall not be liable to you for any type of damages, including direct, indirect, special, incidental, equitable, or consequential loss or damages for use of this Application Portal. The information, software, products, and services included in or available through the Application Portal may include inaccuracies or typographical errors.
