Cookie Policy

This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies used on this admissions portal, what each is for, and how you can control them. It complements our Privacy Policy.

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser. We use them to keep you signed in and secure, to understand how our public pages are used, and — where you allow it — to measure our advertising. Cookies do not give us access to your device.

The categories we use

1. Necessary (always on)

Required for the site to function — signing in, keeping your session secure, and remembering your cookie choice. These cannot be switched off.

  • Session cookie — keeps you signed in securely while you use your account.
  • muwci_consent — remembers your cookie preferences.

2. Analytics

Help us understand how visitors use our public pages (home, guidance, about, policy pages) so we can improve them. We use Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymisation, and we do not send any personal data or run analytics inside your application. Analytics are not used on signed-in application pages.

  • _ga, _ga_<id> (Google Analytics) — distinguish visitors and sessions in aggregate. Typically expire after up to 2 years.

3. Marketing

Set by Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads to measure the performance of our advertising campaigns and conversions (for example, that an ad led to a completed registration). We send only anonymous conversion signals — never your name, email or application details.

  • _fbp (Meta Pixel) — attributes visits and conversions to Meta ad campaigns.
  • _gcl_au and related (Google Ads) — attributes conversions to Google ad campaigns.

Managing your cookies

You can accept or reject the Analytics and Marketing categories at any time. Use the button below to reopen your preferences. You can also delete cookies or block them through your browser settings; blocking necessary cookies may stop parts of the site working.

Your rights

Cookies that involve personal data are handled in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. For how we handle personal data, your rights, and how to reach our Grievance Officer, see our Privacy Policy.
